Terms of use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Lukasz Fryc, trading as Qualityc Łukasz Fryc, a sole proprietorship in Poland (“Handle”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Handle app and this website. By starting or joining a crew in Handle, you agree to them. If you use Handle for a business, you agree to them for that business too.
How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
What Handle is
Handle lets a business and its crew keep job photos on the job, on every phone in the crew. It’s free for the whole crew.
Price
- Handle is free for the whole crew. There’s no trial, we don’t ask for a card, and there’s no charge per person.
- We may add optional paid tools later. If we do, you’ll see the price and its terms before you buy, and nothing is charged unless the owner chooses to buy.
- If we ever change what’s free, we’ll tell the owner at least 30 days before.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to use Handle.
- Owners sign in with their email and a code we send to it, so keep that inbox safe. Crew join from the owner’s invite, and their phone is their key, so keep it locked.
- Use the name your crew knows you by, and don’t pretend to be someone else.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
The owner runs the crew
The person who starts a crew is its owner. The owner decides who’s in it, can remove anyone at any time, and can delete the whole crew with everything in it. Photos added to a crew are the crew’s record of the work, so they stay with the crew when someone leaves or is removed.
If you’re an owner, you’re responsible for inviting only people who work with you, and for how your business uses the photos — for example, getting a customer’s OK where the law asks for it.
Your photos and words
You keep the rights to the photos and words you add. You let us store, copy, resize and show them to your crew, only to run Handle. You also let your crew’s business keep and use them for its work. Only post what you have the right to post.
What you can’t post or do
There’s no room in Handle for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Don’t:
- post anything illegal, or anything that breaks someone else’s rights;
- post nudity or sexual content;
- harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or post hate or violence;
- post someone’s private information (an ID, a card number, a home address that isn’t the job) or photos of people who haven’t agreed, where the law asks for that;
- spam, or use Handle to track people;
- break or get around Handle’s security, take data that isn’t yours, or copy or reverse engineer the app.
Reports and removal
Anyone in a crew can report a photo from its ⋯ menu, or write to lukas@usehandle.app. We look at every report within 24 hours. When something breaks these terms, we remove it, and we can remove the person who posted it from the crew or close their account. The owner can also remove a member at any time.
Ending
You can stop using Handle at any time and delete your account in the app (your face → the settings button → Delete my account), or by email. Deleting the owner’s account deletes the crew. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law; when we can, we’ll tell you why. If we ever shut Handle down, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Handle running and your photos safe, but Handle is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that every photo will upload. Keep copies of photos you can’t afford to lose. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away rights the law gives you.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about Handle is limited to the greater of what you paid for Handle in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.
The app stores
Apple and Google aren’t part of these terms and aren’t responsible for Handle, its content or its support; we are. If you got Handle from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries. The store’s own usage rules apply too.
Changes
When we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using Handle after that, the new terms apply.
Law
Polish law governs these terms, and Polish courts decide disputes about them. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws where you live, and you can also go to court there.
